My upcoming novel is a comedy about retail home improvement. After 20 years in the industry I believe it's about time we see the funny side of this profession that has changed dramatically. I chose this type of story because I believe everyone at one time in the life has had a part-time job in retail that will allow them to relate to many of the story lines in my novel. I am nearly done proof-reading the manuscript before getting together with an editor to go over necessary changes. Looking to publish in 3 to 6 months if all goes well.
